- Managing the Closing: Once the contract is in place, we'll collaborate with a trusted title company to oversee the closing process. Concurrently, we'll handle all necessary paperwork to facilitate the takeover of your loan by your mortgage company. The duration of this step can vary based on your mortgage provider's protocols.
- Additional Note: If you’re not keen on having your loan taken over, we also offer expert realtor team services, specializing in high-end homes, to ensure your property gets the best representation and sale strategy.
